Hello friends!
Hope you all had a lovely weekend and having a great Monday so far.
I’m dealing with some allergies and dry skin so for today’s makeup, I reached for my favorite hydrating serum that acts as a primer also. It’s the Hourglass No. 28 and it is amazing. A little definitely goes a long way for me, unless you are feeling extremely dry all over your face. I like to pump just a little bit onto my hands and pat it in my skin where it needs the care. I do this before/after my moisturizer depending on our dry I feel and then apply my foundation on top. The serum is formulated with a blend of 28 oils and completely vegan, paraben and sulfate free. It smells divine! I kept it pretty simple with foundation and made sure I set everything with my Laura Mercier translucent loose setting powder.
Who says you can’t treat dryness and still wear a full face of makeup? Remember, you can always build up your makeup look as well as keep it light coverage. Find a good foundation that your skin likes where you can do both. One of the reasons I love the GA Luminous Silk foundation is because it truly is lightweight and easy to wear as well as buildable to full coverage.
Have a great rest of your Monday and cheers to a great week!
